Erin, Helen and Michael were absolutely amazing. Dr. Brown is very thorough and has an awesome supporting team. I have been a loyal patient of this location for 2 years and intend to continue coming back.
I had a wonderful experience during my eye appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The check-in process was quick. I was seen immediately for my preliminary examination. Doctor Brown was pleasant and explained everything as we went through the full examination. Erin who handled post exam, glasses and contacts was great too!
Great experience at MyEyeDr on LaVista today! Michael, the tech, had a great personable demeanor and explained all the steps of the visit each step of the way. That’s a rare quality and it made me feel comfortable.. I think about how he would treat my 86-year-old mother in the same instance, and she would have loved him!
