Excellent service and amazing personnel
I chose this location because it would take my insurance but it ended up being unexpectedly more expensive than paying out of pocket at the other locations I checked with. I was charged an additional $130 that I wasn’t told about for a service I’m not even sure what it was. For a basic eye exam (no dialation) I was there for over an hour. The person checking people out was sick and blowing nose. I had a very disappointing experience at this office. Unfortunately, Paula/Pamela and Stephanie demonstrated a lack of professionalism and customer service, which made the visit extremely unpleasant for both myself and my children. There were several concerning issues: My daughters’ medical charts were incorrect, as both had the same name listed, and this error was not recognized by staff or the provider.
