I have been calling for updates on my glasses. They have terrible attitude problems, I only went here because i was advised for a great variety of glasses. I was told a manager was going to reach out never got a call. So now if i keep calling they will continue to be annoyed. When all i want are my glasses never coming to this location!
My glasses were pretty stretched out and the GM Amina was able to repair them back to near brand-new. Also, when I came for my appointment, Maritza was outstanding, making sure everything I needed was given. I felt very welcomed and they gave great service.
Maritza is a great technician. She was very patient with, explained all the procedures and tests. She answered all of my questions. Glenn was great. He fitted my new frames and even helped me with ordering spare lens for my current frames. THANK YOU ALL
Maritza custumer service was amazing she made sure y son was seen today with no appt she Took him and dos and amazing Job during his exam she is the best great job
