Great to work with. Would recommend.
Mr. Woods visited unannounced, took two photos from 1/4 mile away and "appraised" our property. Never bothered to ask us about our property, the majority of which isn't visible from where we stopped, look at the house or outbuildings. No telling what he does other places.
