I bought a travel trailer, now they will not service it. No service for over a month. Not in Bath, not in Victor. It is my 1st service since new! Very unsatisfactory.

This is the worst service center! I have been waiting 11 mos for repairs to be done and they have lied and caused more damage to my camper. Once you take possession of the camper they don’t care because it’s a done deal. This service center is very disorganized, short staff and full of excuses. I will be calling BBB and my attorney. I have pictures of their sloppy work and while doing some repairs they have damaged other areas of the camper.
