From start to finish Myer’s sales and service was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The sales department worked with us to find a travel trailer that fit our needs and the service department made sure we did not drive off the lot until all our questions were answered .
My camper trailer blew a wheel bearing on the NYS Thruway. Myer’s was close to where we broke down. The next day they inspected our camper and let us know it needed a new axle. Ordering the axle from the distributor took several days and was out of their control. Two weeks later we were back on the road with our camper. We appreciate Myer’s prioritizing our trailer and getting it repaired.
You guys had the part I needed in stock the part was a little expensive but thanks
I bought a travel trailer, now they will not service it. No service for over a month. Not in Bath, not in Victor. It is my 1st service since new! Very unsatisfactory.
