Communication is a major issue with this dealership. I dropped off my Jeep for an ECM reflash after using a tuner to update the tire size. I called Monday and was told they had an opening at 11:30, so I brought it in and was told the work should take a couple of hours. karin and paul are amazing at myers …these guys make you feel like fanily … are boy is usally very nervous around new people not at this dealership karin had ny sob laughing so mush and playing with him that he still talks about it non stop … please if you are looking for vehicle give these guys a shout they help you out and try their hardest to get you what you want best place ever
I Highly recommend anybody bring their vehicle for service to this shop over Dilawri these guys provide a good service and they care. They are more knowledgeable. Dealing with Jarret at the service shop was a great experience.

When we brought in our Jeep Cherokee for some warranty work and it was looking like we would a possible trade in as the bill was becoming higher and the extended warranty people's choice, were not helpful. At this point the vehicle had been there for two weeks and the warranty people were not making decisions very quickly. It was very discouraging and stressful time.
