5 free service agents behind the counter and zero acknowledgment to a walk in customer for a good 5min. Not even “I’ll be with you in moment”. They definitely don’t seem to be interested in acquiring any new business. I’ve dealt with this service department few years back. The experience was very similar. I thought I’d give them a second chance since I live close by. But unfortunately nothing has changed. Everyone just seems too miserable.
I have to give a review that these guys are friendly and fair as long as you're reasonable and are willing to work with them to get the job done. Shoutout to SA Maria, tech Tom, and all the other friendly and competent people in this service department. Terrible garage, not help full at all we Had diagnostics done at Canadian tire it was recall they never wanted to do recall, Maria was NOT help full at all. A bit wasted of time and money go to another dealer…
