I purchased a used vehicle from Kanata Volkswagen in July. The experience was underwhelming. The salesman didn't know anything about the vehicle and rather than say he didn't know, told me there were features present in the vehicle that actually aren't there. On time, staff professional and courteous
Volkswagen service has been a complete nightmare. I spent over $2,400 on an oil pan replacement and some other repairs, and they clearly have no idea how to do proper inspections. During the repair, they called me with one set of repairs, then called a second day tacking on extra repairs, all part of the same $2,400 job. They are very disorganized.
