We were greeted by Vanessa. She gave us a tour of the VW vehicle and got us set up with a test drive. Although we have not decided yet on a purchase, we were impressed by the customer service and knowledge received from Vanessa.
I have been driving VW for 20 years, leasing every 4 years. Love the car, but am switching to a different brand because of the customer service. The only person who I could deal with left this dealership, and everyone else is clueless: from service counter who are basically ignoring you to a finance manager who is available for 2 hours a day once a month and is not able to calculate a basic lease agreement, I've had enough. I recently had a good experience with Dane Madsen at Myers Kanata. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made everything comfortable and easy...no high pressure sales. Unfortunately they did not have the vehicle I was looking for but I'd recommend dealing with him for anyone interested in Volkswagons or any used car.

I bought a used van from this dealership about 5 months ago. The buying process went smoothly and everyone was friendly—until I started having issues. Less than 2 months after purchase, the first problem started: a link bar issue. They cut out the old stab links and replaced them with new parts.
