I went into Myers Infiniti hoping to trade in my vehicle and upgrade, but the experience was awful from the start. The staff, especially William and Nick Abo Hana, were dismissive and acted like they didn’t care about my business at all. They were aggressive in their approach, completely unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. Instead of helping me, they pushed me away I left without even considering buying a car. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
Those are can be, but I bring my vehicle and they doesn’t fix anything in my car and they let me to buy a warranty for nothing
My friend take his vehicle to Infiniti Hunt Club for service and was extremely disappointed with how the service manager, William, handled the situation. Communication was poor, my concerns weren’t properly addressed, and I felt dismissed rather than helped. Despite bringing clear issues to their attention, I received little transparency or accountability. it was a very bad customer service. I was rational ratio profile by William and Nick Ahana. I do not recommend this place at all. Very very bad customer service. if there was anything less than one star, I would put but you gotta work with what you have.
