What's up with the customer service here. They never answer phones nor do they call you back when they said they will call back with a quote.
Had an emergency, water main break, under my paved driveway. Called Myers, spoke to Lilly and immediately they sent out Eddie for estimate. What a great guy, I could tell he wanted to help me out..He told me it was possible to be out tomorrow Thursday to lift the pavers so I could get a plumber in to fix the line.. Run from this company. They were hired to replace a small oak tree with flower bed at base. No one bothered to ask me (the homeowner) about the irrigation system. They just recklessly damaged our sprinkler system then tried to offer to have their IRRIGATION techs come out to REPAIR what THEY BROKE for a charge of $125 + parts. Read the fine print they said. LOL…REALLY?!? So if you’re reading this and considering these guys, move on…I’m sure there are more reputable companies out there.
Myers installed my mother's irrigation system. They did a fantastic job and where so kind, considerate and professional. So happy that we went with Meyers!
