Very fast and knowledgeable.
I rented a uhaul. I returned it that night and the app wouldn't load. I called customer service and they told me to take a picture of miles and fuel and leave keys In drop box. I was hesitant but I did. I arrived the next morning as soon as they opened. They apologized, check my truck in and sent me on my way. I use them often and I recommend them for a smooth pick up and drop off for your uhaul rentals. They are friendly, helpful and I feel they really appreciated my business.
