ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE They come at 5 and 5:30 in the morning, waking everyone up. I called to file a complaint and SCOTT said service people don't have to abide by the Noise Ordinance. THIS ORDINANCE IS CONSTITUTIONAL AND MUST BE FOLLOWED. I'd say they're no more than disrespectful miscreants.

I asked them back in February 2020 what kind of pricing they'd be offering for food waste service, in preparation for the new laws starting up in July. They responded, very brusquely that, that it would be included in the 7 percent rate increase they'd announced earlier that day. I tried to confirm how much composting would cost and their staffer replied: "7 PERCENT." We're almost to July now and I haven't a peep from them again since, so I reach out to ask. 2 weeks ago they didn't pick up our garbage I called they said they had no way to reach the saint johnsbury branch and they couldn't help me so I told him forget about it and I'll just drive down there myself. 10 minutes later someone was on our road picking up our garbage. Here we are two weeks later and my garbage is sitting outside yet again as well as everyone else on my street.
