Big thanks to Nathan Knelsen at Myers Ottawa! He was super patient with me (even when I changed my mind on the colour 😅) and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. It's my first EV, and he let me demo the car for a couple of days, then spent the extra time to walk me through all the features and set everything up. Very disappointed from Myers baseline...after bringing my commercial van which was having problems, but instead like a good doctor would, they did not advise me not to spend to much on the vehicle which was showing much repairs according to their final analysis. Ok the fixed the first problem, then it was something else, and something else.
