I had a/c issues upon our arrival to Florida. I called Myers to see if they could help. Vickie was very understanding and professional. They took my car in on the same day I called and did a very thorough check of the issue and solved it easily. What I didn’t know but they discovered was a bad oil leak due to the oil filter that had not been tightened up a week earlier at a “quick oil change place in Nashville”. Moved in from out of state this week and came in to have a tire plugged after running over a nail. In and out in five minutes. They refused to charge me anything despite my insistence. I did tip the guy who did the work and will definitely be returning for future work on all of my vehicles. Fantastic experience!

I drove in from Texas, and my oil filter cover was not secured from a previous oil change done at a place in Texas. The cover had been flapping under the car the entire drive. I went to Myers Automotive once I got to FL, and they were amazing! They were super busy but still fit me in and fixed it in less than 10 minutes! Joe was absolutely amazing! He was extremely patient and understanding. It was an easy fix and he was happy to help someone from out of town! Truly made my trip! Thank you Joe and Myers Automotive!
