All the people at Myers are fantastic. They explain clearly and talk with people with respect. Their work is great and they do it quickly. I dropped off a car with an issue on Wednesday without an appointment and they managed to get it in and fixed by the next day! Saved us a lot of trouble.
Friendly. Nonjudgmental when you choose not to fix something at this time. Better warranty on service compared to dealers in the area.
Had my vehicle repaired at the West 21st St shop. Got it back and the catalytic converter had been cut off. Shop manager offered me absolutely no help as he pointed to the small sign on the desk that said "not responsible for damage or theft". I expressed my displeasure with this and he said we can stop talking now and I could just sue him instead. He was kind enough to give me a quote to replace the converter. Would not recommend using them as they cannot secure your vehicle and do t care when it is damaged.
Poor customer service and a lack of accountability.
