I own a 2012 Lexus IS 350C. I was driving in to Wichita, the Trac Off and Check Engine light came on and the car stalled. I pulled over and the car would not start. I had the car towed to Myers Automotive. They were very professional and accommodating during the process as I needed to leave my vehicle there over a holiday weekend. Myers informed me that I needed a new High Pressure fuel pump. The part cost: $3,000. Labor: $2,000 for 5 to 6 hours of work which seemed excessive. Very disappointed with the level of customer service from Myers Automotive in Andover. I purchased a set of tires for my SUV from Meyers, which includes complementary tire rotation. After a recent rotation service, which is supposed to "extend the life of the tires, improve vehicle handling, and maintain optimal safety and performance," I drove my vehicle to Southeast Kansas.
