I thought they were honest and forthcoming but after taking my vehicle to another shop I found out they were trying to rip me off. I had AC issues in April. They said they needed to change some hoses and flush/refill my AC system to check the compressor. After $800 for those services they told me my compressor was bad and estimated $2400 to fully repair and replace all necessary components. Had a great relationship with Antonio in derby. He’s gone now and I won’t be bringing my business back to Myers. I’ve tried twice to bring my vehicles in since he left and have been given horrible prices and customer service. I would not recommend bringing your cars here.

Awesome service! Kyle was very helpful, and customer service and communication was great! The diagnostic service is very thorough too. Would recommend!
Next best thing to taking it to a dealership without the inflated prices and in same town I live in (Derby).Antonio is great, keeps you updated on your car. Does not push unnecessary add ons to service and gives you great updates when car is ready for pick up.
