RecommendedThe BEST auto shop in Pullman! I have taken my car here multiple times. Just hit two deer with a lot of damage to my car, they took it in quickly and had it out in a week. Free/accurate estimates, quick turn around, very flexible & realistic, quality work, good pricing. Worked well with my insurance to sort things out. Would highly recommend!
Quick service, and they kept in great contact throughout the whole process with update pictures and texts! My family has been coming here for years whenever we've had repairs to do, and would recommend 100 times over!
Accidentally damaged my bumper. They took care of it right away, gave me a ride after I dropped off my car, and they even rushed my repair a little when they heard about my stressful week. Looks perfect, it's like the damage never even happened. A little bit pricey but definitely shows in the high-quality work and good customer service. They even cleaned and detailed inside a little bit!

I called for a tow at 5am this morning when my Subaru broke down in the middle of the road due to mechanical failure. Once I told the tow guy where I wanted it towed he said "yeah, I'd wait for them open." The repair shop I wanted doesn't open until 8am. I understand that I wasn't going to use your shop, but you could have least helped me with my car since you offer 24hr services, its 5am and no one is open til 8am, and my car is in the middle of the road. But no, you refused. Thank you for that.
Have not had a good experience with this company. They have been extremely rude, completely unhelpful and a bit dishonest. Not impressed at all.

Thank you so much for fixing the door on my passenger van today. Steve fixed it and didn't over charge me for it and told me I could bring it back if it got stuck again. If you need any body work done these people will treat you right !!!!
