Manager Jaci from fragrance lied to my face and in front of team members about Myer’s price match policy. I spoke with head office to confirm if Myer price matched with ANY Australian store including chemist warehouse and they said yes they do, however Jaci was certain otherwise. Very rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t follow company rules. Roula from YSL also quite rude and arrogant.
The level of service I received was unacceptable. I felt I was treated differently compared to white customers, who were clearly given more support and attention. This kind of unequal treatment is deeply concerning and not what I expect from a major company. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed.
I spoke to a RUDE lady who was the manager JACI in childrens wear today and she refused for me to return a dress that i brought and didnt fit my dayghter yesterday even though I had the receipt. What a RUDE lady she was, I was told by the other lady yesterday that I could return it but this manager was so rude I could not believe it. Appalling service by MYER!!!
