Dee is an amazing wax lady, but the lack of communication with the business is why I had to give this review. I scheduled a wax appt on the 20th for the 22nd at 10AM. I arrived early and waited until 10 am to reach out. I called 3 times as well as sent two texts and one email with no answer. I wasted an hour of my time when this could have been avoided with proper communication. No call no show. I paid a $20 deposit for a service, showed up and no one was there, the door was locked. I called the number from her website and on the door each three times and no answer. I proceeded to DM her on instagram and left an email, no answer still.

i got to my appointment 15 mins early for the door to be locked. called the number on the door 2x no answer called a different number on the website still no response. sat for 20 mins to still not hear anything back from anyone and even emailed them. disappointed was super excited to get my first wax! Waiting to see if i get my money back after the time i wasted!
