This is the best cycle shop I have encountered so far. The service is excellent, and the staff is always welcoming and eager to assist you as soon as possible. That is, in my opinion, the best aspect of the shop. Unlike most other bike stores, which take 1-2 days for repairs, your store provides repair services much more quickly. However, my only concern is that the selection of bikes is somewhat limited. I have only terrific things to say about Francisco and his team at MyeBike, Brunswick St (Brissy)! He worked with us over 2 days until we got EXACTLY what we wanted when purchasing our new ebikes and security items. Unfortunately there was a very quick turnaround from when we ordered our ebikes to when we were leaving Brissy to head home (2 days!). Because mine hadn't arrived in time, Francisco lent me a bike until my new one can be collected in December when we return to Brissy for our next break. Other items that were orde... read more
