I am a system integrator. We used MyDoorView on a multi family residential project and this may be the single worst decision we've ever made. At the beginning of December, an update was pushed out to improve the UI. This update broke everything. Tenants at this property were unable to get into the property at all. While this has been getting fixed, my customer has been forced to leave their gates open. As a result, cars have been broken into. Quality company and team. Product works well. A panel will sometimes freeze or go offline occasionally but its usually fixed by restarting the panel. Ownership is helpful and the support team/process has improved significantly over the last year since initial install.

My apartment complex apparently decided to use this system and shared our information with them without our approval. Any time you try to reach out, their AI bot is no help. No information could be provided on the data security and policy, so for all I know, the recent influx of junk email could be this company selling my information. On that note alone I would avoid.

This system installation was a disaster. The product was faulty, the staff unknowledgeable, there were large periods of time that MyDoorView didn't even respond to our emails about the intercom issues that we were having. In the end, we pulled the whole product out of the condominium building and went with a competitor. We weren't even refunded all of what we paid.
