Very rude staff. I came in with an emergency and needed to use the bathroom. I explained I'm an existing patient there. Staff in front desk said if I don't have an appointment today I cannot use the bathroom. No empathy. This is unacceptable for a health care facility.
Most disrespectful staff I’ve ever ran into. Doctors are great but the front desk stay are not what you need. They do not relay information to doctors, they put you on hold for long periods of time they also speak ill of patients in their language (Spanish) because some patients may not understand. I’ve paid for documents to be done and I’ve called everyday for over 7 days and got nothing but run around. The staff does not care!!
