Wow. I have never been so impressed in my life while dealing with a big company like this. We purchased 2 wardrobes and from day one the staff at the showroom went out on a limb to help us out. Not only did they show us how good the quality was but also helped us design the wardrobe space. The price was great. From ordering the wardrobes it was a 10 day turn around for pick up. We ordered 2x built in wardrobes and I would like to say from the outset that the customer service provided by Jake has been exemplary and he should be very proud of the business model he has created, one that I wish many local companies would adopt! This company truly values your business and customer satisfaction. We had quite a few problems with installation and were quite dissatisfied. Good quality product. Friendly, helpful staff. Could do with improving the safety and user friendlyness of the customer pickup area.
