I am, sadly one of those people who are 'terrified' of the dentist and always have been.. both the staff and the Dentist's have been amazing and put me at ease ESPECIALLY one Dentist in particular, Jacob Liss...if EVERY dentist was as caring, sympathetic, and understanding as Jacob, NOBODY would be in the least but worried about they're dental appointment... In all, a brilliant Dental surgery....
Had an emergency appointment this morning & was quite nervous. Jacob was amazing & soon put me at ease. He showed me the xray of my tooth & explained everything to me professionally & thoroughly. I'm hoping Jacob will stay here as an NHS dentist
Always pay attention to detail and make you feel relaxed before explaining procedure.....
UNTRUSTWORTHY PRACTICE !!!! Was sent a letter weeks ago to say my appointment was cancelled and to ring back. Tried calling for weeks, always number 3 in the queue it said. So I rushed around to see whether the phone was ringing, guess what, it wasn’t!!! A total con and they advise people not to abuse their staff, well don’t tell lies to your customers !
