I had a fantastic experience at MyDentist Santa Monica! The staff is super friendly, the office is clean and modern, and Dr.Sierra took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole team made me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch dental care! Insurance billing is never an issue they are in top of everything !
The staff is always the very courteous and welcoming. I've come a long way from my first visit and have taken many turns for the better regarding my dental hygiene because of the office. Dr. Olivera fixed this impossible chip I had on my front tooth and I'm very grateful for her professionalism.
Unprofessional and DO NOT recommend! I initially had billing issues with this dental office. I have two dental insurance policies, and the office received double payments. However, they refused to refund the extra amount and kept incorrectly insisting that my primary insurance was actually my secondary. I knew this was wrong because both another dental practice and my insurance company confirmed otherwise.
