I just like to say what an incredibly improved dentist it is these days. I was seen to on the same day when I were in pain. The dentist were called Amy and she was fantastic managed to resolve a issue I've had ongoing for years that no previous dentist could achieve with a snapped root and removed it with absolutely no problem at all. First ever enjoyable experience at a Dentist and I usually hate them with a passion! Well done
After not attending for a couple of years I'd dreaded my appointment today. However the receptionist was extremely polite which put me at ease straight away. I believe it was the practice manager who was my dentist. My word super friendly putting me fully at ease, was lovely to have a nice chat with him, he fully explained what was required and gave me further advice to look after my teeth and gums. Very friendly staff
I have always had an excellent standard of treatment. The staff are friendly and professional.
Dangerous & incompetent, refused an emergency appointment for a registered customer even after pleading with the receptionist. There was several ignored voice messages and promised call backs. The outcome was a 999 call and an emergency ambulance visit and a scar for life, in the doctors words my wife nearly died due to these cowboys, they have taken NO steps to help even with after care, they have apologised but an apology doesn't cover it.
