I called last week to book a hygienist appointment & was reluctantly told the earliest available was 5th July. However I was able to book online myself for today. The hygienist pointed out my receded gums and told me I’m not brushing correctly. This is damage from over a decade ago & something I’m very self conscious about, but despite it being in my notes, I get lectured every time. Hygienist was condescending and receptionists were rude. If it wasn’t impossible to get a nhs dentist id move.
Very thorough examination, including x-rays by a lovely new Dentist at the practice who was gentle and informative.
Very pleased. The treatment plan and costs are clear. The Dentist is very reassuring and the work is perfect.
I visited my dentist Dr Hiral Shah today as I had a cracked veneer, I was quite anxious and had a bit of a meltdown! but Dr Shah was incredibly reassuring and kind. She really put me at ease and took great care of me. The treatment was excellent and I felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist! If your anyone like me who dreads going to the Dentist then this is your Dentist to see as she is so lovely.
Had great experience with my dentist Kamala and her assistant who's name i didn't get... numb cream b4 injection and did not feel a thing... highly recommend her
