Every time I call dose not matter what time of the day no one picks up the phone. Plus when I talk to lady on phone had to cancel to dentist appointments. 2 of them the lady got rude nasty this lady said promise u will not cancel on your scheduled appointment. Not happy with person I talk to on the phone tell me what to do .I will never go back to my dentist. With rudeness poeple on the phone.made me fear going to the dentist... Trying to control. My appointments I will not promise nothing.
I Love the staff, they take care of insurance, make it easy to schedule appointments. They care about their patients!
Love these folks. They have been taking great care of me.
We've been patients since we moved to Spokane three and a half years ago. At first it was just me and the kids but I convinced my husband to come too. I love the office and the staff here. They make you feel like family.
Dr. Harker is smart, super nice, explains everything to you, and your treatment options. The work he does is exceptional. The staff is all really nice and helpful, too.
