I ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day this past January. On January 30 it was cleared to mail out. It’s now February 12 and I have left many voice mails and emails asking where my item is and NO ONE CALLS OR EMAILS ME BACK!!!! It’s been a week of messages but they had no issue taking my money and responding than.

BEWARE! This company told me originally that both photos weren’t satisfactory and that they would be cancelling my order (by the way, this nearly a week after I placed my order). Then I emailed customer service SEVEN different times trying to get a resolution or a simple update to see what was going on and NO ONE emailed me back. I sent mydavinci a photo of my Bubba… wow amazing. The artist JennyZ did a perfect job, we couldn’t ask for anything better. The face, the eyes, it was our Bubba. He died 2 days before Christmas. This was a gift to my wife. Thanks for giving us a perfect reminder of our boy.
