As a locally owned family business we managed our IT internally. 20 years later we realized we needed a beefier option for our computers. MyCRE was and has continued to be a great experience. We have been working with MyCRE for as long as I've been with this company and I can say that we are always impressed when there is a need for help. They are always attentive and personable. We have utilized myCREcloud for over a year now and have had a wonderful experience. They are incredibly responsive whenever we have any issues, they walk us through the process, and are pleasant to work with every time we call. Highly recommend for business solutions!
We have been using Sage and MyCRE cloud for many years and although Sage can be a little tedious to use sometimes there is no better host than MyCRE cloud. Support is always very responsive and I have never noticed any downtime. Staff is always courteous and professional as you would expect from a hosting application like this when you can't afford to waste any time.
