Very poor customer experience...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Please don't give these people your credit card at all. They will take your payment even after you tried to cancel your appointment by 5:30 the day before. They will take your payment even if you DIDN'T fill out the paperwork to give them authorization.
