New boiler installation. A minor issue causing slight delay (boiler manufacturer, not Mycocks). All sorted with no fuss, excellent service, prompt, friendly and will go out of their way to help if any issues.

My boiler wasn’t working so they sent an engineer, who replaced the gas valve. However, he didn’t install it correctly and after many phone calls to the manufacturer he told me I needed a new boiler, which they then quoted me for. After much stressing about how I was going to pay for a new boiler I called another plumber who realised immediately that the valve had been incorrectly installed. I don’t mind people admitting when they don’t know how to do something but he should not have told me that I needed a new boiler.
Great service, respond as soon as possible and work carried out to high standard. They do annual service, repairs and modifications
