Very helpful and understanding
I am not happy with the service from the lawyer, Richard Hanesiak. He was negligent in taking care of the details of the conditions that were in the Amendments to extend the closing date for the sale of our house. They should have been calculated in the disbursements. So even though he charged the buyers for doing the extra work for the extensions we are out by over $500 that he was supposed to deduct from the buyers end of things.
