If you are looking for a medical certificate for a sick day, then I recommend this place. Sure.. you will need to wait for at least one hour after your scheduled appointment time, but not having to pay for the privilege is worth it for me. Having said that, if you actually have a medical issue and want even the most basic level of respect when conversing with these doctors, I strongly advise that you seek help elsewhere. I'm certain that they got their licences from a Cornflakes box.
Called the clinic and spoke to a receptionist (who didn't give me her name). There was no 'hello' or formal greeting. I didn't know if I had the right number. She was rude and I didn't bother booking an appointment.
Worse staff worse doctors dr. Chitra and Shivrajan are not cooperative and not caring about Patients and worse treatment. I don’t recommend them ever and also staff are worse receptionist are not good at all
Sutha is a great and caring doctor. Wait times can be long but I've never been to a clinic that doesn't have delays. Reception staff are very lovely and patient too. To those complaining about wait times, guess what, that's very normal and a symptom of our health care system. The doctors don't want to be late, ideally they want to finish on time, as do reception. So be kind, and write to your politicians to fix the health care system rather than blaming the clinic that is trying to do their best.
Doctors do not call on scheduled times for telehealth consults with complete lack and disregard for people’s time. When I questioned the service they advised it’s known that doctors appointment run later? I was never advised by anyone that my schedule could be up to 3 hours late! I was unable to take the call when they did decide to call me back due to work with no follow up to reschedule.
