( got ripped off ) paid $520 for international airport transfers just prior to covid. travel restrictions were introduced and was offered via email a full credit to be used at a later date once restrictions were lifted approx 2 months after restrictions were lifted i tried rebooking with them via email and phone on numerous occasions over a six month period. Never once have I received a reply to my enquires. GO ELSEWHERE !!!!!
Hired multiple vehicles for a rather complex wedding family transfer. They helped plan timings well, we all arrived on time and drivers were great.
I have tried to get in contact with them for the last two weeks. This has included two emails and one online enquiry which I have not received a response to. I do not want to put a highly negative review as I cannot assess what the rest of their services are like but the lack of response from multiple forms of contact is quite annoying and I would have expected a response a this stage or at least an automatic reply if they were not operating at the current stage.
Put an enquiry online they couldn't bothered to get back to me. Go elsewhere
