Dawn Erickson and her team made it possible for us to be connected to our mother and involved in her care without feeling overwhelmed or wondering whether we were doing the right thing. Dawn is professional, compassionate, and capable to the highest degree, helpful to each of us individually as well as providing real support and personal attention to our mother. I was so glad to find MyCareManager to manage my mother’s medical care. I live in another city, and they were able to help with doctor’s appointments, hospitalization, prescriptions, and managing home care workers.
