Micalove Raphael is the Nurse Practictioner and she is the best 'doctor' I have seen here since Dr. Liporace retired. Several parameters of my bloodwork are consistently just above or below the 'normal' range. Ms. Raphael explained it this way: "As we get older, it is normal for our bodies to change and we have to look at some of these parameters through a different lens." My name is Laura Roach. I have been with this office for years, starting with Dr. Liporace in the early 2000s and before, and on to Lorraine and finally back to Dr. Liporace. When Dr. Liporace sold the facility to My Care Medical, the service has gotten worse and is now at new lows. I have been on the same medication for decades and have never had an issue with refills. I too have been using this facility for years, taking the same medication & have never had any issues until now. Recently, more-so after Dr. Liporace left which changed my primary to Dr. Franky Louis. I have my appointments every couple months & I have called in my refills for YEARS on months I don’t go in. And have never once waited more the a day or so for it to be sent over to pharmacy.
