Staff and doctor horrible since it was taken over after Himanshu Patel several years ago. I stayed because it seemed convenient and nobody wants to switched doctors but the level of treatment and care isn’t there anymore
I am writing this review for my mother G.Cuello, my mother. She just went to her first appointment last week and she loved the treatment she received from this facility. She said the front desk person was extremely nice and helped her fill out all of her forms. She said the doctor (Rothenberger) was the sweetest doctor she has had in a long time and he took his time with her visit. Very Knowledgeable and extremely polite. She is very grateful for their service.
Dr. Rothenberger is a gem. He genuinely cares for my mom. Even though she has dementia, he always looks her in the eye and talks to her directly and makes her feel important. The appointments never feel rushed and we feel like we are being heard. The after hour care is phenomenal, with staff or even the doctor calling personally within a short period of time to assist. We love this practice!!
I have been a patient here for over a year. At last visit, they openly discriminated against me by not providing services due to my medical condition. Told me to go elsewhere. It took me two weeks to find out the reason. Horrible treatment. They also possibly broke hippa rules. Started investigation with my insurer.
