Very disappointed in the staff of this facility. It takes forever to answer a call and they do not return calls. It has changed over the years. I have been waiting for a very important form to be signed by the physician for over a week and they get upset when I call for an update.

I want to commend Kimberly Smith the receptionist that does everything in my view she makes that office run fantastic. She's always pulling in for somebody or doing the best and helping the patients with anything they need. I want to honor her for the work that she does. She's professional compassionate and effective . Thank you Kimberly

On hold for a while to get an appointment but the staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Silverstein is professional thorough.

I never received a call about my tests from yesterday .He asked them to be STAT but not stat for me I guess ! I always have a problem getting my approvals for surgery or just visiting my drs! Had to reschedule surgery because they did not send me to a heart specialist for my approval I hope it goes thru this time as Dr Malloys office said they have not gotten it as of yesterday .

If I could give them A0I would. The doctors do not care about their patients. There at all. They are horrible answering phones.They are horrible giving you referrals, and the horrible about giving you prescriptions
