23.5 minutes on hold & still waiting!!! BAD phones, since the practice joined MyCare / Innovative. Do I have to drive over there AGAIN to make an appointment???? Great PAs & Docs, but HORRENDOUS phone service.
I finally left because I couldn't take the incompetency and rudeness anymore. You cannot get thru to them on the phone, there is no way to contact your primary care physician, and good look getting them to process referrals. I had to show up, demand the referral get done. I had to physically take the referral to my specialist. Nobody should have to do that. That's their job. I couldn't take it anymore, people deserve to be treated better with their healthcare.
I warn anybody that reads this to stay far away from this incompetent My Care Center. They are the worst. To start with, good luck trying to get thru to them via phone. They just downright don't answer. I've waited over an hour several times trying to get thru. Next is they make appointments for you and when you get there, they've either canceled it without telling you, or they've changed the time without telling you, as what happened to me today. Being new to Humana, I switched to Dr. Dalhben at this office for a new primary doctor. I’m used to Holy Cross where their “check-in” and “arrive for appointments” are spaced 15 minutes apart. I always check in online and so show up for the appointment time 15 minutes later. I checked in online with this office also. For my appointment on Monday May 11. i want to talk about my experience with dr silverstein after struggling with another doctor i came to him, i cant explain the feeling i had when i got to the office, as a person with english as their second language i got the best most proffesional service i could ever imagine. the ladies in the front helped me to fill up my paper and they spoke to my insurance agent and after only 10 minutes they got me in to the patient room and then the sweetest lady i forgot her name the doctors assistant she helped me and let me cry on ... read more
