When you have a simple bloodwork appointment: They will ask you to sign in on your phone using the app… Then they want you to sign in on the ipad they have on front entrance… Then they want you to sign in on the pen and paper at the window…. They ask all this and still are never on time with my appointments. Waste of my time.
