These people are unbelievable a day or 2 days prior to your appointment, they call & cancel your appointment that the doctor has an emergency. Then they try to give you another stupid appointment This is bullshit!
The wait time just to reach your PCP is atrocious. Waited over 20 minutes just to get an appointment scheduled, transferred, call drops and I don’t even get a call back. I call again and I’m waiting yet another 20+ minutes. Just horrible.
