Amy Thatcher is the best, I feel so comfortable with her and she listens to me and always has sound advice. I love the staff and am so happy that I found this great office. My first appt was with Dr. Michael King and he was so down to earth and friendly. It is so hard to find a good General Practitioner these days and I’m happy that I did!!!
Great customer service,my nurse practitioner Amy Thatcher was great,very thorough and caring,,she was on top of everything from my blood work to my meds,,very informative ,I was very happy,,plus the whole staff was awesome,,two thumbs up 👍👍,if your looking for a new doctor,I highly recommend them,,also Dr.Michael King was great also,,a very caring team

*Poor Experience at Medical Office* I had a disappointing experience at a medical office where the staff, particularly the vital signs technician, appeared unprofessional and unhealthy. She spread rumors and spoke poorly of patients, including me. *Unprofessional Behavior* During my visit, I sought assistance with insurance approval for an MRI on my knee, which I needed due to severe pain six months postpartum. This medical practice (My Care Medical, Dr. King and staff) consists of a group of amazing, caring, professional people who truly care about their patients. During my first visit to the office I realized I had won the medical office lottery. My caregivers immediately took the time to find out what I needed and what my health concerns were.
