I have been with this office 12+ years. Dr. Carlos Scalia was my physician. I would give him a 5 star on his own.. I have referred several patients to this office in the past with confidence. I am disappointed at this time with the care I have received recently. The staff, while friendly is overwhelmed and as a result a bit confused. In my opinion, this is "Managed Care". Staff is good. Doctors, not so
Very helpful and knowledgeable place.
I receive superior care from Dr Carlos Scalia. A very busy office and sometimes hard to get referrals from office staff. This has been getting much better. Would strongly recommend Dr Scalia.The Staff at My Care Medical is extremely caring . Many new changes have been made for the best health care, including behavior health along with an advocate who calls, checks on patients, acts as a lession between patient doctors and helps patients with their personalized needs.
