The office manager never have time to process any of my husbands pre authorization for Al he’s treatments out the office .. he got knee surgery done its two weeks already and he hasn’t been able to get the physical therapy, Due the insufficiency of the office manager .. for every single pre authorization I have to keep calling.. and she’s always working on it.. incompetent.. I’m changing doctors and my husband too.. no wonder they always changing doctors..
I would give 0 stars if I could. The MD, Dr. Navadia is the most incompetent man I have ever encountered. He refuses to give me a referral to my cardiologist due to he "does not work well with him". My cardiologist is on the plan! I have an extensive cardiac history and I am unable to follow up with him after having a pacemaker insertion. I have reported him to my insurance company. Please be aware of this MD and his unethical practices.

My health really does seem to be their concern. Friendly, polite and professional....l would recommend this office to anybody looking for a great doctor's office....
