While the male staff member was professional, polite, and extremely helpful, the young female staff member was not. During my initial visit, I was not given clear guidance on the required procedure until the male staff member intervened. Once he assisted, the process proceeded smoothly. He kindly inspected the vehicle at no additional cost and only charged a fee for reversing the wheels. I would like to specifically commend him for his professionalism, helpful attitude, and excellent customer service.
