Had my Car Booked a week. Ago . They told me be early . Arrived at 8 . 05 .. No hoist available. They had my Car for 4 hours so they couldn't do a Thourghour Diagnosis.. But was told I would be up for another Differential. It would cost me $2.500 .. So I left made a phone call I can get one for $ 660.00 .. But they Charged me $80.00 for the " So Called Service " . What a Frigging Joke
We booked service for 9:30am and PickUp for 11:45. When we arrived they told us that we cant pick up the car before 3pm. We were really angry as we wanted to travel afterwards. We asked if they can check the backdoor and they said they cant have a look as they are mechanics...what? Thats a part of the car.... Then a couple days later a signal lamp showed up that said, that the engine coolant is empty. So they didnt toped it up as they should with the service. Not entirely happy with service I recieved. Was told car would be ready by lunch as was one of first in, had to go back next day after making a couple calls to check on progress. Advised them of a couple issues I was aware of with my car and asked them to also look at my spark plugs,to which I was told "yep no worries" and was even written on work sheet When I went to pick car up next day, was given a quote for my clutch (which I knew about) but was $700 more than 4 other quotes I went and had done and also given a bunch of ... read more
