Special shout-out to Jack, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Five stars isn't enough to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received!
Nothing against the mechanics on the floor, but the call centre who book you in have no idea on the realities of a workshop. Was told to arrive at 3 pm for a quick wheel alignment. When I arrived, they hadn’t told that to the mechanics and was consequently told that they couldn’t get it done. Extremely poor communication leading to a waste of time for all parties.
