Had high expectation as I saw all these good reviews. Booked for the service at 9am and expected to pick up the car within 3 hours. When I was asked when would I want to pick up my car, I replied as soon as it’s done, thinking that it means asap. Waited till 12pm with no phone calls, went in to query about it. Was told they have not started it.Apparently “as soon as it’s done” actually means “only to work on it after they have worked on everyone’s else car” and they will prioritise anyone else that verbally inform them the e... read more
