Walked in without a booking after hitting a large pot hole & got a flat tyre. They replaced the tyre & checked the car over for me. Advised it was all good & doesn't need a wheel alignment. Most places would tell you it's needed even when it's not. Friendly staff & excellent service.
Very fast and efficient to swap over spare with old and fit a new tyre after the tyre was damaged. I was in and out in under 40 minutes great service, thank you.
I’ve now had 3 cars fitted with new tyres from Waratah MyCar Staff have been really courteous and completed work on time. Highly recommend the tyre guarantee programme I’ve had 2 punctures repaired free of charge in the past 6 months

I would like to thank “Mitch” at My Car, Waratah. I had my car towed for repairs, he contacted me suggesting it maybe a warranty issue. Although the car was towed back to manufacturer, he assisted me with the tow, answered all of my questions. His customer service skills are highly worth recognition, thanks again.
