Had my car booked in for a service for Saturday showed up at 8 am the shop was shut myself and others waited around when it hit 9 there was still no body we finally started calling other stores to get assistance by around 9:30 we were told no one was coming from any other store who called around I left to go to the mall and rearranged my day accordingly only to find out he had shown up around 2hrs you would expect him to be apologetic but he was down right rude to myself and the other customers I ended up taking my keys back... read more
