I have had many issues with this Mycar outlet. The reasons why I went back to the store that one too many times is they satisfactorily resolved the issues the previous times. Experience 1 I took the car in for a regular service, and the sump plug wasn’t tightened properly. The car dropped the contents of the oil a few days after the service. Was booked in for an indicator and high beam to be fixed after having it for a week was told it was BCM so went and brought one took it in had my car for nearly 3 weeks without any communication and received no phone calls for updates or anything picked car up now has new issue tried calling back no answer would not recommend taking your car here worst experience
Here are a number of reasons as to why you should not use these mechanics. 1. My partner had a car service (a logbook service) they did not stamp the book or check the coolant which was nearly empty. 2. I saw the coolant was empty and because I work a lot told her to go back and get it topped up, they reluctantly did it and said it wasn’t empty (it was) 3. Had my LS3 built and tuned by Dave a few years ago now, has been flawless, since he has been at Mycar, thats were all 7 of my vehicles will continue to go. Highly recommend!!!!
