From the booking process to the completion of the service, everything was smooth and professional. The staff were incredibly friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, and the pricing was very fair. Not just this branch, but Mycar staff often come across as very unfriendly, rude, and dismissive. I don’t want to go into too much detail, but I’ve had several unpleasant experiences where I felt spoken down to rather than treated like a customer. The attitude often feels blunt, cold, and almost condescending. Even when the actual service is completed, the poor customer service makes the whole experience uncomfortable. I honestly don’t feel like coming back.
